During these lockdown days , we can spare some time for relaxation of mind . Earlier , we all had to go to our work places and children had to go to their schools and many of us just go out on a daily basis (parks , markets , playing ) ; but now due to covid 19 , everything became online . So , a great advantage is that we can save our travelling time.

In this time , do something useful and fruitful for your body and mind . Some ways we can use to relax our mind are :-

  1. LISTEN TO MUSIC – This is my favourite activity for relaxation . Listening to soothing music fills our mind with positive vibes and removes all negativity from our soul.
  2. MEDITATE – doing yoga and meditation has many benefits . It relieves stress and , sharpens attention and concentration .
  3. TAKE A BATH – soaking in a warm bath aids in muscle relaxation and boosts our mood .
  4. POUR YOUR HEART OUT ON A PIECE OF PAPER – do you know that “paper has more patience than people “. Writing our secret feelings on a piece of paper will make your mind clear and help air our feelings in a healthy manner

There are many other ways to relax your mind (playing , take a rest , help others , sketch out , watering plants ) and most importantly everyone have their own way to relax their mind .
