Today I learnt to make souffle well thats a french dessert which is generally crunchy from outside and creamy from inside . I find that quite interesting to make. well I have not tried yet due to shortage of material such as an electric beater and a whisker but no worries will definately try soon.

I will tell you the procedure to make it-

  1. take 1 cup of milk heat it in a pan and add some dark chocolates, melt the chocolates and keep it aside till the time it cools down add coco powder thereafter and mix it well.
  2. take an oven safe bowl grease it with butter and cover the sides and the lower potion with sugar. it will stick in the bowl because of the butter.
  3. now take 3 eggs break them apart and take the white portion aside and whisk it with an electric beater till the time cream forms. put 5 spoons of sugar and whisk it again so that the sugar dissolves in it.
  4. now put the yellow part of egg in the chocolate mixture prepared earlier mix it well. futher add the cream in it and again mix it well.
  5. now put the mixture inside the bowl and bake it for about 12 – 15 minutes.
  6. make sure the souffle rises about 1 1/2 inch above the dish
  7. remove it from the oven and dust the top with powered sugar and add a spoon of whipped cream. serve immediately as it will begin to deflate after 2 minutes.
