This is a very nice technique to make delicious dishes. I got this idea from my mami when she boiled an egg in an electric kettle. i wondered there could be more healthy and easy recipes that could be made in an electric kettle. so here are a few of them :-
- POHA:- just add some water and all the spices required let it boil for sometime and add poha. few minutes to go and your healthy poha is ready. ADD ONS:- you can add veggies to it according to your requirement.
- VEG RICE:- put some oil, cumin seeds and salt in the kettle, let it boil for sometime and then add rice. yummy and delicious rice is ready and cooked. you can add veggies if you want.
- OATS:- Again boil some water add spices and then add oats. you can serve oats with berries and bananas or you can add veggies.
- MAGGI:- add water, put maggi masala let it boil and then add maggie. your maggi is ready. you can add veggies.
- BOILED EGG:- add water and salt, heat the kettle and then add egg. your boiled egg is ready. serve with pepper and salt.
there are many more recipes which you can make in electric kettle. such as dhokla, upma, egg bhurji,macroni,popcorn etc. you just need to boil water and add the resourses but these recipes usually cater to the needs of 1 or 2 persons.
