The things we need is 4 A4 size sheets and a scechpen
Step get a paper plait if its not available in your place then you can cut a circle like I have then from a little corner cut a triangle
Step now from their where you have cuted make a little eye
Step take any coloured sheet if you don’t so its ok you can colour or take a normal one and now cut little circles and cut them and then fold them
now paste the circles On the fish and now get a blue sheet and pate our fish on it then draw some circles with the help of a Fevicol bottle cap and Fevicols bottle so they will be different circles some big some small
there we go through a easy manner isint it so easy and simple
