The pandemic has made laptops and phones our best friends , amid social distancing norms. Bingewatching web shows, playing games WFH and staying online is the primary source of entertainment for many..

but here are some ways to detox your body from dangerous digital media:-

  1. EXERCISE YOUR BODY AND MIND:- Put your phone on silent mode once you are over with your work. Don’t check social media after that. Relax your mind and soul. Go for a walk, do yoga, or anything else which gives you a peace of mind.
  2. BREAK UP WITH PHONE:- Break up with your phone once a week. make a target- to go an entire day without using phone or checking social media. Play games that require your body and soul. Do fun activities. TARGET FOR THE DAY :- I AM BREAKING UP WITH YOU :- MY PHONE!!
  3. RULE OF 8:- Eight hours for work(WFH, online classes), Eight hours for sleep, Eight hours for interesting things such as cooking, reading, gardening, painting , etc.
  4. CURB YOUR INTERNET ADDICTION:- Stressing on the importance of monitoring screen time is very much appropirate in this time where our half of the world is based on social media. engaging in positive habits such as reading, writing, sports and music plays an important role in managing our screen time.
