surprised even I was till the time I discovered that the indian name of oregano is ajwain. well the only difference is that oregano sound nice isn’t it?

1)TEAR OFF – Take 20-25 ajwain leaves and WDC
W – WASH
D – DRY
C – CLEAN
2)ROAST MY DOST – ROAST THE LEAVES OVER LOW HEAT IN A PAN.
3)AROMA – SMELLS NICE. COOL THE LEAVES FOR SOMETIME.
4) CRUSH – CRUSH WITH HANDS OR IN A MIXER . THE POWDER IS NOW READY TO USE.
5)KEEP AIRTIGHT – PLACE THE OREGANO IN AN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER AND USE IT FOR 6 MONTHS.
IT’S READY TO USE.
