I know that cooking seekh is really easy but I learnt it today from my big sister mehak . Chicken seekh is my favourite food item and now when I know how to cook it , I can easily fill my hungry stomach independently .
Follow these steps for the same
- Take a non stick frying pan .
- Lit the gas stove and keep the pan on it.
- Add some oil and let it heat up on low flame.
- Take the fresh frozen chicken seekh from the freezer put 2-3 pieces (according to the size of your pan ) in the pan .

5. Cover it with a stell plate and after every 4-5 minutes flip the kebabs so that they get cooked from all the sides .
6. When perfectly cooked , serve them hot in plates with some green chutney and onions.
Hi Saesha, this looks sumptuous. Will wait to have it made by yourself sometime 🙂 . Thanks.
