everyday at 6 our stomach growls with hunger pangs, asking for tea and munchies. so here are a few healthy snacks which you can enjoy with your family during tea time:-

  1. MINTY WHEAT WRAP:- This healthy dish is a combination of veggies wrapped in thin chapatti with mint dip and some herbs of your choice. do not forget to add broccoli, tomatoes, cucumbers and mushrooms.
  2. ROASTED VEGGIES:- marinate your favorite veggies with seasoning of oregano or mixed herbes, put it into oven to roast with all the flavors. this is a very healthy and tasty recipe. we can also have it with bowl of soup.
  3. CHATPATA CHAAT:- A rainbow bowl full of veggies, sprouts, peas, corns and overnight chickpeas seasoned with chaat masala invites you to a healthy start of a good night.
  4. DELICIOUS DHOKLA:- An easy to make and healthy to eat recipe is dhokla. to prepare this all you need is some gram flour, add spices, fruit salt, salt curry leaves, mustard seeds and some curd, mix them well in a cup, put it in microwave. wait for 3 minutes and instant delicious mug dhokla is ready just put some more curry leaves, mustard seed and green chillies with some sugar.
  5. BOMBAY BHEL:- Bhel puri is an all time favorite snack. just add a packet of bhel in your veggies mixture with tamarind chutney and spices. serve with lemon juice, peanuts, and sev on top.

    1. mint dip is prepared from mint leaves. yes sure will post more recipes, but kids should eat more veggies which is good for their health.
