So I am here after so long but today I am writing my blog ? ☺️ so today’s topic is different but it is important about our health . So I have experienced gas problem in my stomach ? . Which made me cry because it pains . So my. Mom change my life style and made me healthy . She gave me all medicines but that are artificial just one day it is ok then again it hurts . So my mom give me natural medicine ? which is very costly most people don’t have that amount which is of time . I did yoga for 1 hour and do walk in parking ?️ and in that time I was even thinking ?. A lot of corana virus ? when every body see news and so scary images came I became scare … So by doing yoga it relaxes our mind and scare free so buy this natural medicine ? of time .. so let’s come to how to be healthy ❤️

Even if you are healthy . But we should follow a normal Life style how to follow it see the tips

  1. Eat healthy think healthy do healthy. ( like Gandhi ji 3 monkeys ???
  2. When ever we eat something heavy. do walk for 30minutes .
  3. Do yoga and natural exercises which keeps us fit
  4. Don’t think negative be positive.
  5. Last but not least be happy ? and follow your routine

So these are some healthy tips my mom change my life style I thank her a lot ….. And we. Can change our life by these tips .
